1. Download Excel employment form ( this Contian 4 pages) once completed, send back to us in same Excel format.
2. Send email to : Offshore@deepwater-group.com     
3. Make sure email subject have following details  in subject : Your Rank -  First, Lastname - Nationality  
4. Include in email Scanned clear digital copies of :

• Passport 
• US Visa Usa (if any), 
• Seaman book ( current seaman book + all Seatime Records in current seaman book)
• Certificate of Competency (COC)
• For Captain OfficersDeck and Engine Only Dp certificate (Send last Dp Certificate granted)
• If you are Adnoc or Aramco approved and interested work in saudi with us,  please make sure send us the Approve letter and Marlin test from approved center.
